4. How to Renew Your Mind

Your thoughts are vibrations that radiate out of you into the unseen Universe and attract more of the same, like a magnet.


You have a very useful tool inside you and it’s free. It is the will to direct your thoughts. Use this will power wisely and you will reap rewards in your daily life.

When you realize you have the tool, it is your choice to harness it and start creating the life you want. Your thoughts are continually creating your reality, so learn to use the tool to create what you want.

Look around. Everything in the human built environment started with a thought that was put into creative action.

Thoughts are the germs of creation and activity. What are you creating? What are you thinking about? What are you allowing yourself to dwell on?

How to Renew Your Mind

When somebody decides to become a doctor, mechanic, farmer, musician, or anything in this life, they start learning how to think like other doctors, mechanics, farmers, and musicians. And they must train their bodies to align with those thoughts by repeating certain activities that turn into skills. You can only become what you think about.

It’s the same with the predominate mental attitude you would like to have. You are always becoming what you think and practice.

There are only so many hours in the day, so use them wisely to think yourself into becoming what you want to be. The first step is to practice being in the mental present.

The Second Meditation

Nobody said it is easy for a newbie to control his thinking, anymore than it is easy for a baby to walk. The practice of intentionally sitting still and completely relaxing your body is the first step to learning how to use the tools in your mind. Close your eyes and relax the muscles of your face, jaws, shoulders, stomach, and anywhere else you gather tension. Now, add the second step. With eyes still closed, focus your mind out beyond your face, just beyond your eyelids. See how long you can “look” at this space before drifting off into a daydream. When you realize that you’ve drifted, don’t give up. Take inventory of your body. Relax anything that has tensed up from your thinking, and focus on the spot beyond your eyelids again. Keep doing this for at least 15 minutes. Practice this every day for a week.



3. This is Your Birthright

Here is a seed of thought for you to consider.

The Life Force is always recreating everything in the universe, including you. It is the Power that keeps everything from scattering into a trillion chaotic pieces, and it is everything. It is good for you to get in tune with it.

The Force is everywhere on all dimensions and realities into infinity for ever. It is a vibrating energy that keeps you breathing, and it is the breath itself.

It animates every atom of your body, and it is the atoms themselves.

Good things happen when you sit still and acknowledge the amazing power that’s holding you together. Like water that rushes into any small channel available, the Force naturally flows to and through people who want to get in tune with it.

Create a tiny channel in your being by thinking about the Life Force inside you. It wants to express itself through you. It is pure light, life, and love. It will make the channel bigger, just like water.

The Force is your birthright. It gives you life and will bring abundance too, depending on the degree that you create space for it. It wants to express itself through you.

The Meditation

Make time each day to focus on being a willing channel for the Force. The small seeds you plant by going inward and focusing your mind on the Force will bloom and grow in your life. It is the same Power that makes nature abundant.

Continue to take 15 minutes a day to still your body and relax every muscle. Appreciate the Sacred Force that is in you, and that is you. Stay relaxed and appreciative. You will see that good things start to click into place.

2. Notice Your Power

It is true that you have power at your fingertips that most people completely ignore. Learn how to use it, and you will find your hopes and dreams being fulfilled. The power is there freely for everyone and anyone to use. When you realize how fantastic it is, you might wonder why you waited so long to appreciate it.

You Operate in Two Worlds

To harness the power, you have to know yourself better. Your body seems solid and your mind seems to be encased in it. But neither one is true. Your body is matter, which is energy. And your thoughts are energy. Energy vibrates. Your entire being is vibrating energy.

You are very familiar with the solid person. Taking time each day to sit quietly and be in awe of your vibrating energy will open your mind and improve your outlook.

The First Meditation

Sit comfortably still for 15 minutes or more in the Egyptian style, feet flat on the ground, hands on lap. Relax every muscle, release every tension. Let your thoughts wander, but bring them back to consciously relaxing your body. Breathe deep or shallow — whatever helps you relax. Consider that you are not really solid, but that you are vibrating energy.

1. You Are Two Minds

The subconscious mind is at your service 24 hours a day, without you being aware of it — like a computer operating system that responds to your commands

You have two minds, two modes of thought active within you. In fact, it is more specific to say that you are these two minds, not that you “have” them.

Subconscious At Your Service

The two minds are the conscious and the subconscious.

Your conscious mind is focused on making sense out of what you see, hear, smell, taste, and feel. It comes to conclusions about these things. If action is required, your subconscious mind carries it out.

The subconscious mind receives your conscious thoughts and responds to them with lightening-fast precision. It is a servant that responds to orders.

Think of how fast you pull your  hand away from a hot flame. Luckily, you don’t have to explain to your body how to spark the electro-chemical reactions that engage all the nerves and muscles that pull your hand away. Your subconscious mind coordinates the entire complicated process for you.

The subconscious mind is at your service 24 hours a day, without you being aware of it — like a computer operating system working in the background, it is programmed to respond to inputs. That is its job. It receives input from your five senses and feeds responses back to your body.

It also receives inputs to your thoughts and emotions and responds to them just as efficiently.

The Meditation

Continue the first meditation of stilling your body. Get comfortable and sit still. Do an inventory of the various body parts. Are you holding tension in them? Tell the tension to release. Realize that releasing tension is an act of our two minds working together in perfect harmony.

Message to Isaac

Do you want the power to succeed? Good news! You were born with it.

I find it easier to focus during meditation when I dwell on a few passages from the Master Key beforehand. Most people who try to read that book say it is meaningless. Strange because it really helps me. That’s why I’m going to share basic ideas from it and hope they will inspire you too.

Little Miracles

Do you want the power to succeed? Good news! You were born with it. You just need to discover how to tune in and make it work for you.

You will think of reasons why you should ignore this suggestion: It doesn’t make sense. You don’t believe it. It’s not the right time or place. Do yourself a favor and check it out anyway.

The exercises will seem difficult at first. But keep trying. You will get rewards before you even get good at it. You will see little “miracles” at first, and they will increase as you keep going.

To bring health, wealth, happiness, security into your life you need to switch on the health, wealth, happiness consciousness. What does that mean, you ask? Should I lie to myself?

It just means your mode of thought determines your reality. Scattered thoughts cause scattered results. The Master Key show you how to focus . There is no better way to spend your time.

The Meditation

The first step is train your body to relax when you tell it to. Today, sit still for at least 15 minutes. Think about the various parts of your body and release tension in any spot where it gathers as you become aware of it. This simple exercise is the first step of learning how to activate the power within to attract the good things into your life.

As you understand how to plug into your power and direct it, you will gain momentum day by day, and gain confidence.
